Common questions
- How does consignment billing work?
- You pay the agreed unit price only when a part is dispensed. The machine and the stock inside it are provided at no capital cost.
- Who owns the stock until it is used?
- You don't. Title to every part stays with us until it's collected — so you carry no inventory on your books and no obsolescence risk.
- What parts can it dispense?
- Anything from small proximity sensors to heavy bearings — modular compartments are configured per SKU and reconfigured as your parts list changes.
- How fast is installation?
- Cabinets are modular and run from a single controller. A standard machine is installed and commissioned quickly, and extra cabinets clip onto the existing controller.
- Does it integrate with our ERP / CMMS?
- Collections are work-order linked and exportable. API and ERP/CMMS integration are available on the Enterprise plan.
- How do you prevent misuse or miscounts?
- Each compartment holds a small fixed quantity for traceability, with optional CCTV + AI and per-compartment weight sensing to verify exact quantities.
